Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration or analysis, with a strong focus on compliance and legislation in the EMEA region.
• Solid experience managing benefits in both Eastern and Western Europe, understanding the differences in labor laws, social security systems, and other region-specific regulations.
• Experience with annual benefits renewals and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of local benefits legislation across EMEA, including an understanding of taxation, pensions, social insurance, and health and wellness programs.
• Proficient in using data and analytics to track benefits performance and identify compliance risks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex compliance information into accessible content for both employees and stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail, particularly with regard to compliance and legislative changes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Benefits or compliance-related certifications (e.g., GBA, CEBS, or equivalent) are a plus.
