Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Global Benefits Analyst to support the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and labor laws. The role will involve managing benefits programs, navigating complex regulatory environments, and supporting annual renewals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration or analysis
- Solid experience managing benefits in both Eastern and Western Europe
- Experience with annual benefits renewals and vendor management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Benefits or compliance-related certifications (e.g., GBA, CEBS, or equivalent) are a plus
