Director, Total Rewards

Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (ESRT) is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Total Rewards program. This role involves managing payroll, benefits, compensation, budgeting, and ensuring compliance. The Director will report to the EVP, Chief Financial Officer, and SVP of HR Strategy and Operations and collaborate with all departments. ESRT emphasizes a positive work culture and values employee growth and development.

Requirements

• Experience with Union employee payroll is required
• Extensive experience with HRIS/Payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
• Practical experience with financial analysis
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Proficient in accounting systems (Yardi Voyager preferred)
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Bachelors degree required; MBA a plus
