Job Description
Gravie is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to shape their compensation and benefits strategy. The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive total rewards program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and attracting top talent. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic vision and operational expertise, with collaboration across HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic total rewards programs.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing compensation structures.
- Strong track record of building and managing vendor relationships.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA).
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.
