Job Description
Old National Bank is seeking a Strategic Total Rewards Director to lead the organization's total rewards strategy. This role involves driving innovation and alignment with organizational goals, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Senior Director will partner across the company to shape and execute a forward-thinking reward strategy and enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in total rewards, including executive compensation
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of compensation design, equity programs, benefits strategy, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience preparing and presenting materials to the Board of Directors
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
