Client Support Associate

Employment Hero is seeking a Client Support Associate to provide timely, accurate, and professional support to clients via email and video calls. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries related to HR and payroll products, and work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and effective solutions for clients.

Requirements

• 1+ years of client support or client management experience
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll
