Engineering and Implementation Manager (EIM)

Empower AI is seeking an Engineering and Implementation Manager to oversee and manage all engineering projects and provide engineering services for physical and virtual hosting/operating environments for the Department of State, Consular Affairs. The EIM will manage multiple projects simultaneously with a mix of matrixed teams and the EIM Team.

Requirements

• BA/BS in information technology or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience managing and leading a large engineering and operations staff
• Demonstrated experience managing the implementation of technical and process changes in a highly complex infrastructure environment
• Experience managing the transition of systems/applications into a cloud environment
• Top Secret clearance
