Enterprise Operations Center Manager (EOM)

The Enterprise Operations Center Manager (EOM) will be responsible for managing the CA enterprise operations center, overseeing an operations team, and coordinating and tracking Tier II incidents. The EOM will also be responsible for training, staffing, and operational efficiency of the EOC support team, collaborating with Engineers and Product Managers, and implementing functionality. The role requires proficiency in designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and operating tools to monitor and proactively manage a global IT environment.

Requirements

• BA/BS in information technology or related discipline or equivalent experience
• ITIL Intermediate Level Certification (or higher)
• Secret clearance
• 5-10 years of experience managing an enterprise operations center and managing/leading enterprise operations center staff
• 5 years of experience triaging and prioritizing critical incidents
