Encord is seeking an Account Executive to help build and scale the Physical AI business from the ground up. The role involves selling to advanced AI teams in the world, expanding from Digital into Physical AI use cases, and working closely with the founders and leadership team.

- Demonstrated ability to influence, build trust, and win people over
- Clear evidence of ambition, drive, and a strong work ethic
- Proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals
- Strong relationship-builder who gains energy from engaging with customers and stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to build and scale something meaningful
- High levels of grit, resilience, and a growth mindset
- 3–7 years of experience excelling in a B2B SaaS sales role or a comparable high-performance environment
