Job Description
As Senior Legal Counsel, you will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, provide clear legal advice, and monitor compliance. You will also form the legal department with our Legal Counsel in Belgium and advise various departments within our organization.
Requirements
- Provide legal advice on commercial contracts, company law, consumer law, HR, data privacy, compliance, and governance
- Evaluate and negotiate various agreements, including exploitation contracts, fulfillment contracts, partnership contracts, and purchase contracts
- Ensure compliance with the AVG and other data protection laws
- Advise the management team on legal risks and opportunities related to strategic objectives
- Identify proactive risk areas and implement effective mitigation strategies
