Job Description
EngFlow is seeking a Remote Implementation Engineer to support developers during trials and ongoing use of their cloud-based, distributed building and testing platform. This role focuses on technical support, troubleshooting, optimization, and collaboration with engineering teams to deliver a world-class user experience. EngFlow helps developers save time and improve product quality through remote execution and caching.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript).
- Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift).
- Great communicator.
