Job Description
We're looking for an Implementation Engineer to support engineering teams during trials and ongoing use of our platform, integrating and optimizing build workflows, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a world-class experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems (experience with Bazel or Buck/Buck2 is a big plus).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript).
- Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment with experience in tools like Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift).
- Great communicator—able to explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing and on calls.
- Experience writing or contributing to technical documentation or internal knowledge bases.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping engineers solve tough problems.
