Job Description
We're looking for an Implementation Engineer to support engineering teams during trials and ongoing use, help them integrate and optimize their build workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a world-class experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment with experience in tools like Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider
- Great communicator
- Experience writing or contributing to technical documentation or internal knowledge bases
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping engineers solve tough problems
