Enterfusion is seeking a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to provide on-site support for scaling infrastructure in a dynamic MSP environment. This role involves proactive monitoring, incident resolution, escalation management, and on-call support for a rotating schedule. The ideal candidate is proactive and enjoys problem-solving in a modern office environment.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in IT support with recent Tier 2 responsibilities
- Demonstrated ownership of escalations and complex incidents
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365 & Entra ID tenant admin
- Solid networking across VLAN/DHCP/DNS/VPN
- Comfortable with a modern PSA and RMM
- Willingness to participate in a required on-call rotation
