Job Description
The Record Compliance Analyst ensures that documentation of services entered by clinical and support service providers conforms to established medical record checklists. This role supports internal quality assurance and regulatory compliance by identifying documentation gaps, recommending corrective actions, and assisting with record audits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare documentation review, medical records, or compliance
- Experience working in behavioral health or human services settings preferred
