• Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy.
• Oversee the design of variable pay and incentive programs.
• Manage participation in and analysis of industry-specific compensation and benefits surveys.
• Develop and maintain salary structures.
• Regularly review and update salary structures.
• Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of health and welfare plans.
• Oversee open enrollment processes.
• Demonstrate expertise in job evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent data analysis, communication, and leadership skills.
