Job Description
EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Lead Audio Visual Field Technician to oversee the deployment and maintenance of AV and TelePresence technologies for client sites. The role involves leading installation teams, ensuring optimal system performance, and acting as a technical escalation point. This position requires up to 70% travel.
Requirements
- Lead the installation and de-installation of AV/TelePresence products.
- Supervise and guide AV Technicians during installation projects.
- Configure endpoints and infrastructure.
- Conduct room audits and perform preventative maintenance.
- Install software upgrades and manage requests.
- Travel nationally to customer sites.
