Job Description
The NOC Supervisor is responsible for supporting the team with daily tasks related to reporting, performance, development, administration, and improvement of monitoring tools. This role involves providing support to engineers, escalating issues, and maintaining team performance and progress. The role also handles NOC monitoring tools administration, including patching, SQL reconciliation, and monthly review procedures.
Requirements
- Microsoft SQL (Basic queries)
- Microsoft Server (2008 - 2022 admin)
- Monitoring windows server
- Troubleshooting OS level issues (DNS, DHCP, IIS)
- Monitoring Solutions (Solarwinds | Opsgenie | ICINGA | Uptrends | KIBANA /ELK)
- Fluent in English (Advanced)
- Formal documentation tasks in English
- VMware experience
