Requirements
- 10+ years of outside sales experience with a proven sales track record
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced company and stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
