REEP APPRENTICE: LEAD COOK - Full Time (6 Month Position)

As a Lead Cook, you will supervise the daily production of meals for the community, assist with kitchen operations, and maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment. This is a 6-month full-time position with opportunities for professional development and certification.

Requirements

• Previous chef experience and/or culinary training
• Ability to take responsibility and make on-the-spot decisions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
