Associate Director, Investment & Fund Management

Assess and conduct due diligence on new transactions, drive new deals through the investment process, and manage assigned assets.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience in a leading investment bank, infrastructure fund manager, or data centre operator
• Direct experience of real estate and infrastructure transaction process
• A degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field, and professional qualifications like CFA may also be beneficial
