Property Manager

Requirements

• Procure and implement industrial and/or commercial repair maintenance bids.
• Manage RFP guidelines and implementation of national agreements.
• Review and pay national contract billing.
• Maintain property management databases.
• Review leases, sublease documents, and make recommendations.
• Travel for relocation and new location openings.
• Maintain property and liability insurance data.
