Sr. Manager, Leased Property

This role is for the Sr. Manager of Leased Property, reporting to the VP, Corporate Real Estate. The position involves due diligence, repairs, real estate acquisitions, leases, and resident relations. The role also requires mentorship, performance monitoring, and collaboration with management to ensure property needs and improvements are met. It’s a full-time, on-site position.

Requirements

• 7 years relevant experience in managing others
• 5 years of property management/real estate due diligence and negotiations experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access
• Good problem identification and problem solving skills
• Self-directed and able to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs. (or more as needed)
• Compliance with company policies
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team
