HRBP (production)

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support HR policies and processes, develop HR services, and create a culture of interaction in a high-tech manufacturing company in the defense sector.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HRBP
• Experience in building HR processes and policies in companies with 1000+ employees
• Experience in interacting with top managers and influencing business decisions
• Knowledge of personnel management and C&B
• Understanding of grading, performance management, OKR
• Experience in automating HR or building HR Ops/HR Service
