We are looking for a Lead HRBP to develop business processes, set up personnel services, launch work with teams and management, and create a high-quality HR service and a culture of interaction. The role requires 4+ years of experience in HR BP, preferably with a leadership role, and experience in building HR processes and systems in companies with 1000+ employees.
Requirements
- Building HR processes: from onboarding and development to consultations, personnel work, and offboarding.
- Consulting for management: partnership with tops, support in making managerial decisions, forming team structures.
- HR service: ensuring the correctness of document flow, orders, position instructions, personnel procedures.
- Personnel administration: knowledge of processes or understanding of how to build work.
- Interaction with C&B and Legal: close cooperation to agree on policies, grading, compensation systems.
- Audit and automation: analysis of existing processes, implementation of systems and solutions for optimizing HR function.
- Performance & OKR: participation in implementing performance evaluation systems, supporting managers in working with goals.
