Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Technology, or related fields.
• +6 years of experience in operational management or services, ideally in technology or consulting companies.
• Experience managing outsourcing, support, or managed services operations.
• Knowledge of operational frameworks: ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO 20000.
• High analytical capacity, systemic thinking, and continuous improvement focus.
• Ability to lead with clarity, data, and pragmatic decisions.
• Intermediate or advanced English (desirable).
