Job Description
Middle School Associate Dean of Culture will support initiatives related to student culture and ensure that students are supported to achieve academically while developing as young people.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years teaching experience in an urban public school or charter school setting preferred
- Commitment to and belief in all students and the mission of Excel Academy Charter Schools
- Ability to focus and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
