Exoticca is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead commercial development and expand its presence in the Mexican market, focusing on Monterrey location. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, strengthening commercial relationships, and achieving established revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the travel industry in Mexico
• Active portfolio of Travel Agencies or Travel Advisors in the local market
• Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-growing environments
