Job Description
Exoticca is a pioneering online travel agency looking for a Business Development Manager to lead commercial development and expand its presence in the Mexican market, focusing on Monterrey location.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience within the travel industry in Mexico
- Active portfolio of Travel Agencies or Travel Advisors in the local market
- Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-growing environments
