The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking an Executive Chef to join their team at The Gallery at Fort Collins. The successful candidate will manage and supervise the Culinary Services team, ensure high customer satisfaction, and work closely with the team to deliver a fine dining experience.
Requirements
- Five (5) or more years culinary experience in the fine dining or hospitality industry
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Food handlers permit as required by state law and/or Company standards
- Basic Computer skills – Microsoft word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to build positive and strong relationships with team members, coworkers and residents
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Focused and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Able to multitask
- Ability to delegate and hold team members accountable efficiently and respectfully
- Ability to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
