Job Description
We're looking for an Education Centre Manager to lead our Explore Learning centre in Beaconsfield. As a leader, you'll drive growth, create a high-performance team culture, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Use KPIs and performance measures to diagnose centre needs and create plans for improvement
- Inspire and motivate a team of tutors to succeed in their roles
- Safeguard members in care and ensure centre compliance with Ofsted and company requirements
- Grow centre membership and increase profitability through sales and marketing efforts
