Requirements
- Manage and maintain relationships with key and new clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, lead pitches and proposals, and conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
- Oversee cross-functional teams and coordinate with other teams to ensure customer successes and overall account management success.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and rates to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Track progress, manage client budgets and billing, and provide detailed reports to leadership (Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews).
