Senior Account Manager (SLED) Southeast

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager (SLED) to drive technology adoption and business transformation across state, local government, and education sectors in the state of Florida. The role involves managing relationships with major SLED accounts, selling F5's products and services, and identifying business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of direct major enterprise account management experience, a strong understanding of networking products, and experience with procurement processes and sales cycles in the public sector.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for major SLED accounts
• Maintain high-level executive relationships
• Sell F5's products and services while growing and retaining named SLED accounts
• Identify and qualify long- and short-term business opportunities
• Prepare and deliver formal proposals and presentations
• Lead negotiations and coordinate complex decision-making processes
• Manage key partner relationships and facilitate strategic communication
• Stay current on industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations
• Understand customer business needs and communicate how F5 solutions address those needs
