Requirements
- Manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to qualified demo to closing
- Nurture and leverage strong business relationships with HR and Finance C-Level decision-makers
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to continuously exceed goals
- Work closely with various internal teams, including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and the Leadership team
- Drive the expansion of the DACH markets for Factorial by understanding the market, developing new strategies, and establishing Factorial as a leading solution
