We are looking for a Sales Ops Lead (player / coach) to support scaling our direct sales motion, optimize sales productivity, and drive performance across the commercial organization.
Requirements
- Develop and implement efficient SDR & sales processes
- Oversee all sales systems and manage team of Sales Ops Generalists
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
- Highly analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Excellent communicator and people management experience
