Factorial is looking for a dynamic individual to step into the role of SDR Team Lead for the DACH regions and help drive the company's sales efforts for the performance and expenses features of their HR software. The successful candidate will lead and advance the sales efforts, manage a team, and support their growth and success.
Requirements
- Manage a team of SDR for the DACH regions
- Make decisions based on KPIs and boost team productivity
- Support team in reaching goals through sales trainings and skill development
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, Account Executives, Marketing & Partner Managers
- Create a fun and high-energy environment
- Maintain consistency in hitting individual and team MRR and Demo targets
- Work with Sale Ops and Sales Enablement teams
- Work with Account Executives Team Leaders and the Sales director
