Job Description
Factorial is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to join the founding team of Factorial IT, a new product that will transform how companies manage HR and Finance. The role will involve defining the technical sales playbook, building the partner motion, and feeding market insights back into the company.
Requirements
- 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, partnerships, product evangelism, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or IT
- Proven ability to build new motions from scratch in ambiguous environments
- Commercial mindset with hands-on deal experience
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
