Business Office Manager

The Business Office Manager provides oversight of daily operations, including accounts receivable management, patient billing, accounts payable, and the Resident Trust Fund.

Requirements

• Establishes and maintains financial files for all residents related to admission, billing, and collection of accounts receivable
• Prepares accurate and timely billing for routine and ancillary services
• Maintains current copy of facility license(s) and proof of insurance coverage
• Reviews payment policies and procedures with new admissions and their responsible parties
• Administers and reconciles resident trust accounts and petty cash at least monthly
• Performs month-end close procedures and prepares and submits all required reports
