Senior Sales Engineer

FastSpring is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to partner with clients, sales team, and internal stakeholders to support sales cycle and lead new store implementations. The role requires strong technical skills, domain knowledge, and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting SaaS, web application, or eCommerce technologies
• Strong front-end web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) required
• Experience with back-end technologies and APIs (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP)
• Deep eCommerce domain knowledge, including checkout flows, payments, fulfillment, DRM, and analytics
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Proven problem-solver with a calm, customer-focused mindset
