Production Operations Manager

Filevine is forging the future of legal work with cloud-based workflow tools. We are seeking a Production Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of transcript deliverable production for Depositions by Filevine.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, production management, or related roles
• Prior people-management experience with a track record of coaching, developing, and scaling operational teams
• Strong operational acumen with demonstrated success in process improvement, workflow optimization, or quality management
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Suite, Excel, Notion, Slack, and similar systems
