Senior Project Manager

FinThrive's Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple, complex implementations to ensure speed to value for Enterprise and Strategic customers. The role involves leading projects, achieving revenue targets, and managing stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure quality deliverables are completed on time and resolve issues and risks promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, technology, MIS, or related field
• 7+ years in Project or Program Management experience
• Strong knowledge of Cloud (Azure, AWS) and experience leading cloud migrations
• Experience within a large complex corporate organization or major consulting organization
• End-to-end product development experience
• Ability to understand and implement front-to-back solutions and perform in-depth analysis as required to resolve issues
• Strong familiarity with Agile project management software/tools (e.g., JIRA, etc.)
• Advanced project management skills; Strong mediation and negotiation skills
• Excellent leadership, analysis, facilitation, and client relationship skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate with employees and customers of all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
