FinThrive is seeking a Vice President of Data Services to own the end-to-end customer data acquisition strategy across its healthcare revenue cycle solutions. The role requires deep healthcare integration expertise and strong business leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare technology, data services, integrations, or related domains
• Significant hands-on experience with Epic EMR, Oracle/Cerner, Meditech, and hospital source systems
• Proven leadership of large, global customer-facing data or integration teams (50+ preferred)
• Deep experience with complex healthcare integrations, HL7 / flat-file / API models, and large-scale SFTP and file operations
