We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support clients with events and conferences, delivering exceptional service through effective project management and creative solutions.
Requirements
- Proven Event Management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and Simplified Chinese, good level of Cantonese is preferred too
- Motivated, self-starter, ability to work independently and support project planning
- Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Resourceful individual with the ability to take direction and work independently
- Strong team player
- Customer focus, approachable; ability to adjust to client needs and style and deepen relationships in support of their programs
- Ambitious, proactive and highly organised
- A calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress
