Job Description
First Climate is seeking a Head of Sales to drive business growth by executing international sales strategies, expanding market reach, and increasing revenue. The role involves acquiring and managing key corporate accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, and representing the company at industry events. You will contribute to a better future by supporting companies and organizations to achieve their sustainability and climate goals.
Requirements
- 5–7 years in corporate sales, account management, or business development
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing key accounts
- Strong ability to identify new business opportunities
- Structured, results-oriented approach to managing and growing a sales pipeline
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring
- Experience in sustainability, renewable energy, or corporate climate solutions (a plus)
- Exceptional skills in engaging and influencing stakeholders
- Business fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
