Requirements
- 7+ years of full sales cycle experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- At least 2 years in a leadership or management role at a seed or Series A startup
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals, particularly in the fitness or related industries
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales pipelines
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers
