Job Description
FLS is the world’s leading supplier of engineering, equipment, and service solutions to the global mining industry. We help our customers improve performance, lower operating costs, and reduce environmental impact. This role is part of the South America Sales & Services (SAMS) organization, specifically focused on the Antamina, located in Peru.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mining, or related field)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales or key account management within the mining industry
- Proven experience in developing and managing annual sales budgets
- Experience managing or leading sales teams and setting performance objectives
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence, lead, and collaborate
