Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mining) or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in mining sales or key account management, ideally with major mining clients
- Strong understanding of FLS’s product portfolio, site operations, and customer needs
- Proven record of sales growth, account planning, and customer relationship management
- Excellent financial acumen, analytical, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce)
- Fluent in Spanish, with intermediate English communication skills
