Senior Site Selection and Acquisition Manager

Stream Data Centers is seeking a Senior Site Selection and Acquisition Manager to help develop the location strategy for new data center projects, negotiate land acquisitions, and manage the construction/operation process. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams, representing stakeholders, and ensuring a robust site selection pipeline is developed to meet the data center industry’s growth needs. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in site selection, project management, and/or the development of data centers, renewable energy, real estate, or other large infrastructure or capital projects
• Advanced degree or practical experience in one of the following disciplines preferred: Business/Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or Law
• Experience leading complex projects with large, cross-functional teams
• Top-notch negotiation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Detail oriented
