Job Description
Flynn Canada Ltd is seeking a Service Manager for its Winnipeg location, reporting to the VP of Service. This role involves managing a team, developing customer relationships, and overseeing the production schedule for roofing projects. The Service Manager will collaborate with Superintendents and manage budgets and workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a supervisory or management role in construction/sales/facility management
- Knowledge of the roofing industry and construction techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
- Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills
- Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
