Job Description
The Service Manager position at Flynn Roofing is a key role within the Branch Service Department, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with commercial building clients. The role involves managing crews, coordinating service activities, and promoting Flynn’s services. Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience in Commercial Roofing, Service dept required
- Strong, positive management, delegation, planning and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
- Experience in using MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD
